Under his guidance, DX has empowered over 60,000 leaders globally, leading transformative leadership training programs that prioritize human connection, emotional intelligence, and psychological safety across organizations through the CARE to Win platform.

Angela Howard is a globally recognized culture and change strategist who believes work should be a place where people and performance thrive together. A former Chief People Officer, she’s led organizations through complex transformations and knows what it takes to turn values into everyday behaviors. As Chief Experience Officer at DX Learning, Angela brings our mission to life through innovative learning journeys, intentional strategy, and bold, people-first partnerships. She holds an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and calls Chicago home.

With a foundation in luxury hospitality, Audrey’s dedication to client satisfaction has driven her career for over a decade. Her focus on creating exceptional client experiences is pivotal to DX Learning's success. As VP of Operations, Audrey ensures a seamless, high-quality service experience supported by robust systems that enable the company’s scalability and growth.

Matt leverages his passion for neuroscience and leadership development to shape cutting-edge learning experiences. With over 12 years of industry expertise, he is committed to understanding and facilitating habit formation and leadership behaviors. Matt combines his technical knowledge with an emphasis on soft skills to deliver engaging leadership development solutions. In his free time, he captains a soccer team and enjoys time with his dog, Luna.

Krysti brings over 19 years of experience in learning and development, spanning industries such as higher education, telecom, medical devices, and consulting. She excels at forging strategic partnerships with clients, helping them realize their leadership potential. Her big-picture thinking and comprehensive approach ensure alignment with client goals from start to finish. Outside of work, Krysti enjoys creativity and spending time with her family.
